10 — Request a project
One form, one inbox, one person reading it.
This is an independent studio, not an agency. The enquiry you send is the enquiry I read. Nothing gets triaged by someone else first.
Tell me what your business does and what you want the site to do. I come back with a scope, a price and a rough timeframe, in writing. A focused project runs $500 to $700 AUD.
Goes to one inbox. Mine.
Name, email and a message are the only fields you have to fill in.
Everything else is optional, but each one you answer now is a round of back-and-forth we do not have later. Dot points are fine.
Thanks — that has reached me.
I read every enquiry myself and will reply within two business days. Anything sent over the weekend gets read on Monday.
You will hear back within two business days.
That is a commitment, not an average, and not a boast about how fast I usually am. It is the standard I hold myself to.
- 01
A confirmation appears on screen
Straight away, so you know it went through.
- 02
I read it, and look at your current site
If something important is missing, I email you two or three questions rather than guessing at it.
- 03
You get a written scope back
The pages, what gets built, what it costs, how long it takes. You do not need to get on a call to find out what it costs.
- 04
We set a start date, or I say no
If it is not a fit, I will tell you that plainly rather than send a quote I do not think you should accept.
A sole operator means there is no front desk holding your enquiry in a queue. It also means I am sometimes mid-build for someone else. If I need longer than two days to give you a proper answer, you will get a short reply saying so, with a date. You will not get silence. Anything sent over the weekend gets read on Monday.
Or email me directly instead.
The form is easier at my end because it arrives structured. If you would rather just write a normal email, write one.

Put your business name in the subject line so it does not get buried. Attachments are welcome: a brief, a logo file, a screenshot of the page that is annoying you. Same two business days either way.
Where your enquiry actually goes
The form is checked on the server and the message lands in my inbox. There is one hidden field that only automated bots fill in, which is how spam gets filtered out before it reaches me. If the endpoint is ever unavailable, the form falls back to opening your mail client with the enquiry already filled in, so nothing is lost.
Your details do not go on a mailing list and are not passed to anyone else. If we do not end up working together, tell me and I will delete the thread. The privacy page sets out exactly what is kept.
